Terms of Service

01 Appointments & Booking

HBI Studio operates by appointment only. When you book, you reserve dedicated, one-on-one time with your stylist. We ask that you arrive on time and come with clean, dry, product-free hair unless instructed otherwise.

• A consultation may be required before certain services so we can match your hair and plan correctly.
• Pricing is confirmed at consultation and may vary based on hair length, density, and the work involved.

02 Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. We accept the payment methods confirmed at booking.

03 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because your appointment reserves significant time and custom-ordered hair, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows may be charged a portion of the service total and require a new deposit to rebook.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, as it affects clients booked after you.

04 Service & Results

We use premium, ethically sourced hair and our signature invisible-bond technique. While we take great care to deliver beautiful, natural results, the final look depends on your natural hair condition, density, and at-home maintenance. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but we will always be honest about what is achievable.

05 Aftercare & Maintenance

Extensions require proper care and regular maintenance appointments to stay beautiful and protect your natural hair. We will provide aftercare guidance at your appointment. Following it is essential — results and longevity depend on it, and neglecting maintenance is not grounds for a refund.

06 Refunds

Due to the custom, service-based nature of our work, all sales are final and services are non-refundable. If you have any concern about your service, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.

07 Photos & Likeness

With your permission, we may photograph your hair for our portfolio and social media. You may decline at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your images and information.

08 Health & Safety

Please let us know in advance of any scalp sensitivities, allergies, or conditions that may affect your service. Services are intended for clients in good scalp and hair health; we reserve the right to decline or modify a service when it would not be in your best interest.
